BarJoe 2 PokerPro LLC is a fully integrated entertainment company principally engaged in entertainment poker. Ultimately we also intend to franchise our brand. Poker is a billion dollar industry and BarJoe 2 PokerPro is currently the sole source provider in Los Angeles.
BarJoe 2 PokerPro will rely on the proven skills of its founder to take advantage of the growing opportunity fostered by competition and the growing demand for locations to play poker. Karl Lee (The ?Founder?), brings 10 years of knowledge and expertise of Poker and television production to this endeavor. With the ?bar poker league? phenomenon sweeping the country BarJoe 2 PokerPro will as the leader in the southern California market.

KEY PERSONNEL
Karl Lee, President/ CEO/ Managing Partner
Karl M. Lee is a recognized producer of television, film, and live events, with extensive experience in high definition.
Lee has been honored with a CMT Award, and People's Choice award for producing Bon Jovi's Who Says You Can?t Go Home music video. His work as producer on Bon Jovi's DVD This Left Feels Right , shot in Hi-Def, won the Creative Excellence Award from the Digital Entertainment Group.
During his 13 year career in entertainment, Lee has held numerous positions at MTV, ESPN, ABC, E! Entertainment Television, Don Mischer Productions and Merv Griffin Productions. While working with Don Mischer Productions, Lee was the Assistant Coordinator of Operations on the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
Lee has held several production positions serving as Stage Manager for the 1998 Grammys, Superbowl halftime shows for Superbowls in 1997-1999, specials for ESPN, including X Games?, 1997-1999, both summer and winter editions, for MTV he worked on such shows as the 1st Annual Sports & Music Festival in 1998 (a program featuring alternative sports, set to a soundtrack of aggressive live music as the world's top athletes from skate, inline, moto-x and BMX square off). At E! Entertainment television he stage-managed the still-thriving shows E! News Daily and Talk Soup . He served as a Production Manager and Production Coordinator on Rock and Jock Softball , The Cut ( MTV version of Star Search), and Sand Blast - the last being a precursor to such highly successful series as the numerous Road Rules/Real World competitions (i.e. The Inferno , The Gauntlet , etc) that are still airing on the channel. While working at Merv Griffin Productions he produced the touring Total Request Live and Viewer's Choice merger shows announcing the launch of the pay-per-view company IN DEMAND.
Lee's feature film experience includes working as a Producer, Assistant Director and Second Unit Director on such films as Body and Soul , ?Down and Distance,? You Did What? , The Road Home (DVD title: The Pitcher and the Pin-up ), which won 'Best Feature Film - Romance' and 'Best Cinematography' at the New York International Independent Film Festival, and Bug Buster starring Randy Quaid and Katherine Heigl of TV's Grey's Anatomy .
Most recently Lee has focused his expertise on producing projects for TBJ Entertainment, during which he won the aforementioned awards for his work with Bon Jovi on Who Says You Can't Go Home and This Left Feels Right . Other work for Bon Jovi includes producing their concert in Times Square, Live from the Nokia Theater , which was broadcast live simultaneously into 550 Regal Cinema theaters, viewed by 2.1 million people on AOL.com and on Direct TV also the 100,000,000 Bon Jovi Fans Can't Be Wrong live concert broadcast on INHD (the high definition broadcast company of INDEMAND), from the Borgata in Atlantic City in 2004 and subsequently released as a box set in 2004. Lee also produced the band's 2003 Bounce Tour video segments. Lee's many domestic and international collaborations with TBJ Entertainment have found him wearing many hats, acting as not only the producer on various projects, but assistant directing, field producing and stage managing simultaneously.
While still collaborating with TBJ, he produced the music video for the Goo Goo Doll's song Sympathy which was instantly placed into heavy rotation on VH-1, holding a coveted spot in the Weekly Top Ten for over eight weeks.
Other concerts produced by Lee include: James Blunt's Back to Bedlam , Beyonce's B-Day , Rod Stewart's Great American Songbook Collection , The Ultra Music Festival feat. Moby and the Chemical Bros, Gretchen Wilson's Redneck Revolution , Dave Matthews Band's current tour, Don Omar King of Kings , Nada Surf's Standing Room Only special, Hawthorne Heights' Standing Room Only special. KISS' Rock the Nation DVD, Goo Goo Doll's 4th of July Live in Buffalo DVD, Bon Jovi's Live in HD DVD as well as Little Stevies Underground Garage Halloween special for VH 1 classics featuring The Romantics' and Cheap Trick.
Lee has also produced TV pilots including, Custom Ness, Full Throttle HD, Chopper Camp and Alex Thomas?s comedy special Straight Clownin' feat. Dr. Dre, Jamie Foxx, Shaquille O'Neal, Will Smith, Tyra Banks.
Frank Lee CCP, SPHR Executive Vice President
Educated at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia and Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California. Frank's strengths are in organizational, financial management, and negotiation. He experience includes union contract negotiations from a management position, with various unions, i.e., Teamsters, Electricians, and the United Auto Workers. He will provide a liaison activity with the various governmental agencies i.e., cities, county officials. He holds specialized credentials from the Society for Human Resource Management, Certified Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), from the American Compensation Association, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Professional Designation in Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Programs.
His expertise lies in the ability to coordinate and integrate interaction between organizations to resolve financial issues. Develop, interpret, and administer Wage policies and procedures. Interpret data from industry surveys and provide technical and strategic guidance on competitive economic conditions related to negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Design, develop, implement, administer, interpret, and resolve issues related to salary and wage administration plans and programs. Design, implement, and administer compensation programs for start-up companies and locations, off-site, or out of state. Direct all aspects of exempt and non-exempt salary administration, merit and budget planning, and salary structure development. Provide supporting pay policies and procedures development. Provide Compensation, Labor Relations, and council to others. Provide conflict resolution for company related grievance hearings and arbitration. Corollary responsibilities include job descriptions, evaluations, merit and promotional increases, and wage and salary survey participation.
